These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Griffiths Sure Ship ‘s and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
By engaging the Company for freight services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Freight rates will be provided to the Customer based on the type of service, weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment.
Rates are subject to change due to factors like fuel surcharges, additional handling charges, or regulatory changes.

The Customer is responsible for accurately describing the goods to be shipped, including the weight, dimensions, and contents.
The Customer must ensure that all shipments comply with local, national, and international laws, including import/export regulations and customs requirements.
The Customer must ensure that goods are properly packaged and labeled to prevent damage during transport.
The Customer must provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance, where applicable.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of shipments; however, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
The Company is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, strikes, or government actions.
The Company will provide the Customer with tracking information, where applicable.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from the Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or the improper handling or packaging of goods.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing or via the Company’s website.
Continued use of the Company’s services after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Shipping Act, Customs Act and Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA).
